8 Ball Pool

Play pool matches on your phone

8 Ball Pool brings the familiar table game to Android, letting players line up shots, choose their aim and power, and try to pocket the balls. It suits people who want a quick pool match, as well as players looking to compete against others and improve their shot-making.

Matches and competition

The game centres on head-to-head pool, where each turn calls for a choice of angle and force. Players can challenge friends or take on other players online, making it a social option for anyone who enjoys a little competition alongside the classic rules of the game. The basic appeal is easy to understand, but planning where the cue ball will finish adds another layer to each shot.

Who it may suit

Choose 8 Ball Pool if you enjoy billiards and want a mobile version built around short competitive games rather than a single-player sports simulation. It can work for casual play between other activities, while online challenges give regular players a reason to return and sharpen their tactics. Those who prefer quiet solo play or dislike competing with other people may find its multiplayer focus less appealing.
