Voice Recorder & Voice Memos is an audio recording app for capturing spoken notes, lectures, meetings and musical ideas on an Android device. It suits students and people who want to keep a record of conversations or reminders, as well as users making simple audio demos. Recording can continue while the screen is off or while you use other apps, so you can keep the app running without staying on its recording screen.
The app includes playback tools for reviewing saved audio, with markers to help you return to particular moments. You can trim a recording to keep a useful section or remove unwanted audio. These tools are for managing recordings and making basic edits; the app is not a multi-track audio production suite.
Supported audio formats include MP3, AAC, M4A and AMR, offering different choices for saving recordings. The app also supports mono and stereo recording and can use an external microphone source. These options may be useful when choosing how to capture a voice memo, a lecture or a quick musical idea.
Listed in Music & Audio, Voice Recorder & Voice Memos is published by Dairy App & Notes & Audio Editor & Voice Recorder.
